I ordered a small item and expected it to get here a lot sooner. The tracking barely moved or updated, so I was kind of just left wondering where it even was... The product itself was fine once it finally showed up, but the shipping was slow enough that I’d probably hesitate before ordering again.

I tried placing an order the other night while I was sitting on the couch with a half-cold cup of coffee, and the checkout page just kept freezing when I got to payment. I had to type in my details twice, which was already annoying, and then my whole cart randomly emptied like I hadn’t just spent 20 minutes picking stuff out. There wasn’t even a clear error message or anything helpful. I ended up giving up and ordering from another site. Not exactly the best first impression.

The site was easy enough to navigate, especially compared to some other online stores where I feel like I’m clicking around forever. Product pages loaded without any issues, and checkout was quick, which I appreciated. I’m taking one star off because a few of the filters felt a little clunky on mobile, but overall it was a smooth experience

The box showed up a little dented, which was a bit of a bummer, but thankfully the item inside was totally fine. Not a huge deal, but they could definitely step up the packing next time.

I browsed avcstore.com for a few things and the site itself was easy to use, but the stock situation was kind of hit or miss. Some items were available, but a couple of the things I actually wanted were out of stock, so I ended up having to shop around elsewhere. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just average overall. I’d just warn others to double-check availability before counting on them having what you need

Maybe it’s just me, but this really didn’t feel authentic. Something about it seemed off, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that it was fake. I probably wouldn’t buy it again

I can’t say if this is how it always goes, but my warranty issue got sorted out without too much trouble. It took a little bit of back and forth, but they did help me get it fixed quickly overall

Got it happy with it. It feels solid, like it’s actually well made. I’ve been using it and so far, nothing weird. No issues, no little annoyances popping up. It just works the way it’s supposed to. Quality was better than I expected, so yeah, no complaints from me

Support did end up helping me fix the issue with my order, which I really appreciated. The only downside was that the replies took longer than I expected, so I was kind of checking my inbox way too often. For some reason I clearly remember eating a slightly stale granola bar while waiting for one of the responses. Overall, not a bad experience at all, I just wish they were a bit quicker

I reached out to tech support hoping they’d actually fix my issue, but it was just slow replies and the same generic answers over and over. It felt like they weren’t even reading what I was saying. My problem still isn’t fixed, so I don’t know what whoever runs this is doing, but the support experience was really frustrating.

That said, support actually got back to me, and the money did make it back to my card like they said it would. I’d say the process could definitely be quicker, but it didn’t feel like I was being ignored or anything. Overall, it was handled fine. I’d give them 4 stars

As someone who likes to know exactly what I’m buying before I check out, I found the product descriptions frustrating. A lot of the specs felt like they were missing, and some of the wording was vague enough that I wasn’t totally sure what the product actually included.

They did get back to me and helped out, but it took longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, just wish the response time had been a bit quicker.

For what I paid, I expected it to at least handle basic use without constant issues. Instead, it felt like I threw money away, and I wish I had gone with something else. Definitely 1 star from me
